International Zinc Association, along with Hindustan Zinc Limited and Maharana Pratap University, entered into a joint project at the end of 2021 on raising awareness among farmers in India about the need for Zinc in agriculture. The first session of the training program was organized on March 8th, at the Maharana Pratap University with 30 farmers of Madar village. The session highlighted the significance of Zinc and other micronutrients on increasing yields in agriculture for improved food and nutrition security.
